When it comes to the battery in a rechargeable flashlight, the one first comes to your mind may be li-on battery. Yes, this is the most commonly used rechargeable battery, but it is not the only one, another popular is nickel-hydrogen battery. So far, we cannot tell which of them is better, so, we cannot offer any advice on choose batteries for your flashlight.  But in our mind, li-on battery is more durable, so, most rechargeable flashlights in our store use this batteries.

If you have rechargeable batteries, you can save much battery cost when use your flashlight, even if the flashlight is not rechargeable. But if the flashlight is not rechargeable, or rather, it does not have a rechargeable port, you have to remove the battery (or batteries) out from the flashlight body when you want to charge the battery (batteries), which is a little trouble. Bearing this in mind, Tacteagle designs and manufactures rechargeable flashlights that have a charging port in the body, which can save much trouble when the batteries need to be charged.

“I am wondering why there is a charging port in your flashlights’ body, how can they be waterproof? How do you make it? “ Many customers have such doubts. Yes, at first it is difficult to achieve that. Our designers speed about two years to test and finally make the charging port waterproof, and then make the first rechargeable flashlight in Tacteagle, and later, USB rechargeable flashlight was manufactured and rolled out.  As for how did we made charging port waterproof, I think it needs a long document to illustrate that, so, here I will not continue that.

Among rechargeable flashlights, rechargeable tactical flashlights are most popular due to the tactical flashlights are widely used. For example, they can be used when cycling, camping, hiking, fighting, etc. Below are some tactical flashlights recommend to you.
